I don't know if anyone else is getting this error in their EC profile, but when I attempt to make a reservation while logged in, I've noticed the following message around the drop-down menu used to select a preferred credit card:
Incomplete Profile: In order to use the counter bypass service for Emerald Club, you must complete your profile information with Personal Info, Credit Card & Coverage options: >> Complete your profile <<
Thing is, my profile is as complete as it can be. When you get to the last screen before confirming, there is a similarily-worded warning near the bottom of the screen:
In order to use the counter bypass service for Emerald Club, you must complete your profile information with Personal Info, Credit Card & Coverage options.
I made a dummy booking for a fullsize at SEA, with no contract ID or coupons and instead of Executive Selection got this:
Level Of Service: Counter
In order to use the counter bypass service for Emerald Club, you must complete your profile information with Personal Info, Credit Card & Coverage options.
I suppose this is a system switchover-related glitch? Anybody else getting this or is Natamoprise just having some fun with me? :p
