Some changes Ive noticed recently on long haul services in Affaires. Please add to the list.
Only one bottle of water for J class passengers - want more - fill it (yourself) from the larger bottle in the bar. Don't expect crew to fill it for you. This really is pennypinching, and I thought it was dangerous to refill plastic water bottles. KLM still offer as many bottles as you want.
No more Baileys onboard. KLM still offer Baileys.
Perrier removed from the meal service - only available post meal service from the bar.
How far will penny pinching go? - Well this 1991 advert may give AF some ideas...
