Hertz - Looking up Previous Rental History Online?

Is the "Request a Receipt" feature on the Hertz web site the only way to view a history of your past rentals?

It seems pretty weak compared to Avis where I'm automatically sent a PDF of my e-Receipt upon return, and I can always go back online to access/email my receipt.

Yes it is (AFAIK) - its also limited as it only shows a certain number of rentals at a time (~30 from memory) and maxes out at about 6 months too.

You can request the receipts from Hertz directly if you need them.

I couldn't find any of my rentals on the system - but then I stopped checking both the licence AND credit card boxes and just selected the credit card one.
Hey presto! Some, though still not all, invoices became available.

Still, this being Hertz-ville, they then create a ridiculously complicated and user-unfriendly system to retrieve invoices - but hey! we're only customers...
