Qantas Frequent Flyer - Award booking engine

I am trying to book an award seat from HKG - SYD, and on the date that I wanted, it shows both Economy and Business Class available. However, when I click on Select Flight, it takes me back to the same screen.

No matter if I search for Economy or Business or Both, it's unable to proceed to the next screen.

The only thing that I could gather is that it's 1 stop flight with a duration of 16 hrs 20 minutes.

Short of calling Qantas, any way to find out what flights they are and whether indeed award seat is available?

I just tried a random date and it worked fine. What date are you looking at?

I also searched other dates and they all seem to be working fine :confused:

Yep I get same problem. Maybe its got something to do with it being Christmas Eve.
