using some of my BA miles for LHR-LAS ( out on 1st Jan back on 13th Jan 2010) ( 100k miles for Club world).

Looking forward to this flight as it saves having to connect elsewhere in the US

I am a bit surprised it is only 9 hours and 45 minutes from here to London!

The eastbound flights ( LAS-LHR) will generally be up to 1 hour quicker than the westbound flights (LHR-LAS) due to the jetstreams ( can easily be 100mph+ on the eastbound flights)

The westbound LHR-LAS is scheduled at 10hrs 50mins.

IIRC, since it was announced it was always a LHR flight. ( it may have been considered as a LGW fight as VS fly to LAS from LGW)

PS- LHR is better for me connecting from EDI
