Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer - Help-SIN-BKK Reschedule

Five of us are flying JFK-FRA-SIN-BKK in mid-November. We just got an E-mail from Singapore Air that the SIN-BKK leg was rescheduled to 7:10 a.m.. Our SIN-FRA leg arrives at 7:00 a.m. They said that they had wiatlisted us on the nex SIN-BKK flight, but when I called the Resrevation Center, they said all the SIN-BKK flights on 9/15/09 were full. How do we avoid getting trapped in SIN forever?

I looked and there did not seem to be any JFK-SIN flights that would get uus in any earlier than 7:00 a.m.

Thanks in advance. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Your waitlist will never clear since all flights on 9/15/09 have long departed. :D:p

You need to call back and find a better agent. Since it is a schedule change, you should be protected on the 9:40AM flight, although not on 9/15/09.

Of course, I was speaking of 11/15/09, not 9/15/09.

There should be 1 seat on the 9.40 and space in the following if you split up.

Sorry but if SQ re-time they better work very hard to re-accomodate you on the 9:40am flight. Keep pressing them or ask to be put on TG. 8hrs are not acceptable.
