American Express Membership Rewards - Only approved for AMEX Gold Delta Skymiles. Any reviews or exp w/ this card?

Due to being you and not have much of a credit history I could only get approved for a Gold Delta SkyMiles card. Anyone use this before? Is it worth it? You can't get and MQM's, hopefully I can build up good creidt in the future and get approved for a platinum or reserve card. If I do get a platinum or reserve card later on, can I use it to add miles to the same account?

Yes, miles earned with any Delta card are automatically credited to your Skymiles account at the end of ech billing cycle. These miles will accumulate in the same as account as miles earmed by flying and any other Delta partner activity.
