Star Alliance - Jo'berg *Gold Lounge Access

Hi all

I am connecting in between two SAA flights through JNB next week. I arrive in at Terminal A (from Dar es Salaam) and depart from Terminal B (to Munich). Just wondering what the best lounge is for grabbing a shower and a quick bite to eat before boarding?

I am in 'Y' on both the inbound and outbound sectors. :-(

As I recall, you only have choice of SA lounges which serve all Star carriers. Can't recall about showers though. . .

Was just in JNB a couple of weeks ago... I wound up in the Diners Club lounge, since they provide net access for free :-) Last year I was in both the domestic and international terminals... Both run by SA... don't recall seeing any showers, but didn't look for them either...

Yes, the SA lounge in the international terminal has (good) showers. Overall it's a good place to hang out, although the internet has been down on two of my three visits.

Lovely thanks for that. According to the SAA website, there is renovations going on with their selection of lounges at JNB, hence the question.
