I can't be first to post this right? I don't see it through the search function.
Anyway, there's a promo to give you $15 off Business Select fares through Nov. 15.
An odd promo -- kind of like giving 50 bucks off a first-class fare. I'm pretty sure that most people buying Business Select fares aren't paying with their own money, so I wouldn't think they would be particularly price sensitive.

Yeppers, you are the first. I will save you two drink coupons as a special prize.
So for grins, I looked up a RT that me and Mrs. K are taking in 2 weeks AUS-LAS. Sure nuff, my BS ticket would be 15 clams lower for a RT price of $$802.94, or 1,600 clams for the two of us.
Instead, I am using an about-to-expire RR ticket and the wife unit is on the companion pass. Total price $20.00. Priceless. And in Vegas we have comp hotel rooms and two comp tickets to the Bette Midler show.
I will probably be a big spender and buy EBCI, but only for me.
Gotta love Southwest.

You can directly book and change reservations using the above promotion code on the main WN web site without having to first access the promotion specific page.
I had a roundtrip booked with a BS outbound and EBCI return, so not finding a way to cancel only the outbound online, I spoke to res and got the outbound cancelled, and a TTF applied which I then entered in to a new oneway record I was building on the web site. I did not see the promo code field on the change res screen which of course would let you only change the outbound. Got the new record booked and got evrything synced back up in

:)
net result being a TTF of about $15.00 :) incidentally also yesterday I was on a BWI to BOS flight that a couple of hours before departure showed a price drop of $35 or so and was able to exchange that also but had to use the main web site on a PDA which was kind of slow. But I guess these small TTF's add up about $50 in the last 24 hours just for me.
Incidentally do you guys know of any good price monitoring tools for WN? I know that Yapta does not work with WN since they are not in whatever GDS Yapta uses.
But thanks for the tip and the $15!
I will probably be a big spender and buy EBCI, but only for me.
My advice: if you only buy one EBCI, make it for your wife. This will upgrade your travel experience. ;)

Do these codes come around very often or was this a bit of a one-off? There are no currently active codes for Business Select, correct?
