Other Middle East and Africa Frequent Flyer Programs - BA-RJ connection in BAH

Has anyone connected in BAH from BA F to RJ J? I read from the RJ website that on the E95, you are only allowed 1 carryon in J. I wanted to know if it is adviseable to check the luggage from LHR to BAH, collect it and recheck in with RJ or thru check it.

any advice would be greatly appreciated.

While I never did such transfer, I flew few weeks ago on RJ's E95 in J (BEY-AMM).
I remember seeing a passenger with 2 large handbags and a stroller, plus shopping bags; gladly we were only 3 passengers plus the security officer; she just occupied two seats. The flight attendant didn't care even though the passenger was sitting in row 1, and bags were stowed on the ground.

From the four flights I've taken with RJ, they didn't enforce rules (seats up, leg rest down etc) so I guess it's the norm, unlike BA or QF were you'd be bossed to do these things. Bottom line is, I wouldn't worry if I were you :)
