Mr. Cynnamin and I just returned from our RTW trip on Monday. We don't have a status with SQ and chose to credit all our miles to Miles & More and earn status points on SQ.
Everything was great on our first RTW trip in May. All our miles went to M&M and also showed status points on SQ. I just checked our M&M & KrisFlyer accounts, and it looks like the FRA-SIN portion of our trip was incorrectly credited to SQ as Elite Miles.
Where do I begin if I want to correct this mistake? Do I contact M&M CS or SQ CS to redirect our FRA-SIN miles to M&M FFP?
