InterContinental Hotels: Priority Club & Inter-Continental Ambassador - HI Portugal, Lisbon?

I saw two HI properties in Lisbon.
Anyone got a clue which is better? Any Gold benefits in either one?

Question regarding that promo - it will only give me the discount for 2 nights stay, and I need 4 - can I do 2 * 2 nights (obviously I can, the question is will they honor it)?
