I have sent a number of applications as a bilingual Check-In agent (French & English), but it seems things are a bit tough out there in this downturn: No respons back yet.What would be your suggestions to guide me through this job seraching process? I will appreciate your help.

As you'll see as you spend more time here, this forum is not to ask for general suggestions on any topic, despite its name. It is in the "Support and Services" section of the site. That is for issues related to the site itself. This forum is for people to suggest improvements or changes to the FT site and how it works. You can get a better sense of that by reading other posts in this forum. (That's always a good idea before posting on any new site.)
FT overall is devoted to travel, with a focus on frequent-flyer and frequent-guest programs. A few forums serve as "safety valves" for topics that don't fit this theme. One of them is OMNI. That's probably where this post belongs.
I'll ask a moderator to move it to a more appropriate place. With nearly 200,000 members and about ten million posts, keeping things in the right places is the only way to avoid total chaos - as I'm sure you understand.
In the meantime, I hope you enjoy and contribute to the discussions of travel and of frequent flyer/guest programs. That's really what we're about.
