This is also posted in hotel deals but I figured it was appropriate to post it here where more Hyatt folks hang out.


I just got off the phone with Goldpassport and I was inormed that Hyatt is having a one day sale today. I wasn't told specific properties but I know Waikiki and Kauai are part of the sale.

I was able to get Waikiki for $116 up until December 31 and then after Jan 1 a basic room is going for $129/night.

The rates are pre-paid and non-refundable.

Check your reservations and see if your hotel is on the list! Good luck and I hope this helps some of you guys out!

I got tweets about this from a couple of Texas resort properties indicating it's 40% off on stays until 4/4/10, with some blackout dates. There are some really exceptional prices, given the rates are abnormally low to begin with! The rate may not show up if you select AAA rate, but does with Best Available Rate. Has anyone found the sale at a non-resort property?

Excellent rates! ^ Looks like it is only for resorts in north america. I wonder why such a stealth sale? :confused:

I think the offer is limted to properties in the US. I do not find any special rate in Japan at least.

seems to have stopped at midnite P.S.T. - wish it would have lasted longer. was not able to get back to my computer in time to take advantage. hope there is another one soon!!!!!
