Just got off the phone with Hyatt. They are having an unannounced one day sale today. I'm unsure of what properties it covers 100%.

Hyatt Regency Waikiki can be had for $116 from now until december and $129/night after december. Rates are prepaid and non-refundable.

Other Hawaii properties are included.

Good luck!

It apparently is an un-announced sale. I saw the rates online and had to call goldpassport to swap some FFN award stays for the $116 rate at Waikiki.

The lady that helped me said they were told about the sale in a meeting this morning. She also stated that she had booked some at this rate for her family.

It's bookable on .com

You don't need a special offer code (TVL5) to book this rate.

At hyatt.com $ 99 Standard Room Rate shows up as "Limited Time" Rate; rate is non-refundable & full prepayment at booking is required.

"Sale Rate" shows up on hyatt.com, if rate is available.

More impressive is the $129 corner/marina suite rate for non-diamonds - my post (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/12685892-post69.html)in the SD Hyatt MB thread

Back on topic - Kauai coming up at $179.40/night for cheapest room 12/10-12/15

This is an amazing sale for the Hawaiian properties, especially considering that the rate works with the DEL5K bonus (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/hyatt-gold-passport/958642-resort-stay-promotion-del5k-150-f-b-credit-5k-bonus-points-8-1-09-1-31-10-a.html) ($150 Food credit + 5000 Hyatt bonus points). ^

I had Waikiki on hold with a $185 AAA rate in February, swapped it out for the pre-paid $129.

Thanks!

As this thread has run its course (and should probably have been relocated to the Hyatt forum a long time ago), I'm going to go ahead and close it.
