Bank of America is about to launch a Merrill Lynch badged version of its Accolades Amex network card.

I don't see anything innovative, but there's a lot to read. $295 annual fee, rebated for $250,000 investment account holders. 1% foreign currency fee. Full Priorty Pass, but guests $27.
The card is still linked to their penny-a-point Worldpoints rewards program. However...
Can I transfer my Merrill Accolades WorldPoints rewards points to Merrill Points?
Yes; if you have a MERRILL+ Credit Card or Signature Rewards Deferred Debit Card, you may transfer your Accolades WorldPoints rewards points to Merrill PointsŪ by calling 1-800-419-0000. However, you may not transfer Merrill Points to your Merrill Accolades WorldPoints program.
Is there a limit to how many WorldPoints rewards points I can transfer at one time?
No; You can transfer as many WorldPoints rewards points as you have available that have been earned on your Merrill Accolades Card. Points transfers are processed at the time of the call.
If the transfer is 1:1 this could be useful because Merrill Rewards points convert 1:1 to BA miles in blocks of 5,000, maximum 300,000 per year. However, Merrill has tinkered with the rewards program at the beginning of every calendar year, no assurance that any particular feature will still exist in 2010.
