I'm afraid you have fallen for IC's hype. They very cleverly compare the F&F rate to the "Best Flexible Rate" making it look like a better bargain than it is. Since the F&F rate is fully prepaid and non-refundable it should be compared with the "Advance Purchase" rate. For example, for the Classic Room this is 187 pounds rather than the 249 they use for comparison. In addition you won't get points etc. So it's a good deal but hardly one that deserves it's own thread.
Oh, and your link doesn't work.

i realise that but still a saving on £47 for classic room and for the luxury suite the savings are over £200 its still a good deal even if you dont get any points.
It is a good deal and points earning varies by property even though you aren't entitled to points or stay credit per the T&C.

We are all agreed it's a good deal. But the thread title is factually incorrect: the savings are exactly 25% on the AP rates for all room categories.

Agree with Cheetah_SA - the thread title is incorrect. It had me looking, but didn't deliver...

Lastminute.com have this Sunday for £125. It's under top secret hotels. At least I think it's the IC, you can't be certain until booked, but the description seems to fit.

It's £145 (inc. VAT) every night (using $1.65 to the £) if you "buy" the points through the Points / Cash method.
Obviously these won't be qualifying nights & upgrades etc may not be granted.

And that is 'fully flexible' for £145 as well :D

Please would you mind explaining how I can do this? £145 for fully flexible seems like a great deal :)
Thanks

Basically book a room using points & cash & then cancel.
