I like this from the T&C: 1000 bonus points will be awarded with every toolbar download then 2000 bonus points will be awarded for any qualifying stay upto 30th November 2009. Somehow I don't think I can download, install, uninstall, re-download, rinse, repeat and create a perpetual points-generation engine for the next month... ;)

I thought that too, but I am UK based and it didn't work for me either as I got the same "We are sorry, you are not eligible for this promotion" message :(

Guess so! Hope it isn't a sign of things to come...
I tried it on a German and a Serbian PC account. Both didn't work. Not even when using a UK based proxy server when filling in the form. Haven't tried changing to a UK address before though. Nor have I tried the other 3 European accounts which I have access to (all non-UK). Guess it would be the same result.
