Southwest Rapid Rewards - Southwest.com glitch

I went to southwest.com today - it immediately took me to a page with some random person's itinerary and offered to let me check in for the flight.

Really strange - I rarely use southwest.com, but has anyone ever seen this before?

This has been reported, and our IT folks are looking into it. No ETA yet.

Another glitch?

It won't let me book a same day round trip between LAS-LAX-LAS for 12/3. Obviously, this is a city pair where it is possible to depart in the morning and return later the same day but the website insists my return must be on 12/4 or later.

Edited to add: The above was on the "Click 'n Save - 3 Days of Deals" page. After proceeding with 12/3 returning 12/4 and getting the select flights screen, it will let me modify the return date to 12/3 -- but would not allow 12/3 as the return on the original screen.

never mind . .. I got it . . this one is new, and I will report it right now.

Now the website is just (1) crawling... very slow... and (2) seems every other page is bringing up errors...

I just got a really inexplicable error.

I attempted to print my boarding pass. When I finally got a response from the server, my A-17 boarding pass came up as A-1 in large print, with a tiny '7'.


I can understand failing to generate a page because of overloaded servers, but generating pages with errors shouldn't happen.

Now the website is just (1) crawling... very slow... and (2) seems every other page is bringing up errors...

What is going on??

Can't (1) purchase tickets or (2) get my free ticket... I can't even view the seat finder thing.

What is wrong with this website?!?!
