Uhh, you have no choice but TK for the IST-Kayseri segment. Considering the fact that you do not state where you are originating from (originally) your question is impossible to answer.

I suggest the following itinerary for your trip:
TK 8652 SEA 2:10 PM; ORD 8:08 PM
TK6 ORD 10:25 PM; 4:10 PM IST + 1 Day
TK 264 IST 6:15 PM; 7:35 PM ASR
TK 267 ASR 6:55 AM - 8:25 AM IST
TK5 IST 11:30 AM - 3:40 PM ORD
TK 8651 ORD 8:30 PM; 11:10 PM SEA
Assuming you may have flown LH in C to FRA on other occaisons I recommend you trying TK. TK flys 340's and seat, food, and service are comparable to me when I have flown TK from SFO-ORD-IST or PEK-IST.TK takes 20:25 hours from SEA-ORD-IST-ASR and 26:15 hours from ASR-IST-ORD-SEA. LH takes 19:45 hours from SEA-FRA-IST-ASR, but very long 35:15 hours from ASR-IST-FRA-SEA

As far as i know ,there is no domestic business class service between Istanbul and Kayseri.

In the above suggestion, the SEA-ORD-SEA segments are certainly flown on UA planes that are probably 2 cabin (domestic F and Y). Don't expect too much on these segments.

I was really surprised how uncomfortable the seats are on the LH330 for the SEA-FRA segment.. (Did it in Aug).
I was on yesterdays TK6 from ORD to IST my experience in Y was really disappointing on the 777-300 but the C seats are light years ahead on this airplane compared to LH seats.
TK may say they are running 330s on this route but equipment substitution is a daily practice in TK. There is C from IST-ASR on TK, but I don't think it's worth it.The seats are economy with middle seat kept empty.
