Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer - 772 Aircraft versions? (BKK-SIN, SIN-JNB)

I and my wife are flying BKK - SIN and SIN to JNB in December.
I want to select seats (business class: I), and on SeatGuru notice there are three versions of the 772 aircraft used on both flights. Version 1, Version 2, and an ER version.
Anyone have experience on these flights and know what version is used in each segment? Your personal favorite seat is welcome knowledge as well!
Thank you.
BKK used to get the 3 class 772, but I believe they don't have F on that route anymore so it will be most likely the regional business class seats and not the spacebed 772ER. The SIN-JNB flight usually gets the spacebed 772ER.
Im not sure of the exact SQ fleet allocation per route since I just had flights like SGN-SIN with both ER and non ER, the same with SIN-MNL with a 3 class 772 on the outbound and return on 772 ER with spacebed. So really on your routes it could vary, but there is no F service between SIN-JNB or SIN-BKK, so the 3 class 772 is out of the question.

I have SIN-BKK seats in November and BKK-SIN January.
On both flights the aircraft type is shown as 777-200 Vers. 2 (772)

I cannot assist with the JNB flight.

If you look at the layout you are offered on the SQ seat selection and compare it to the differences on the SeatGuru seat maps, you can usually figure it out.
You can go back into the seat selection again, so you can swap until you are happy.
Good luck

Well i fly quite a lot SIN-JNB and i can confirm it is a 2 class 777-200ER who is configurated in business class with the spacebed, so angled lie flat and quite comfortable which is important on this flight SIN-JNB being a night flight.........
SIN-BKK is always a regional business class seat.... comfortable enough for a 2 hours flight.
hope this helps
