You Can Make A Difference
alaskaair.com Wants Your Feedback

Our customer research department is looking for volunteers* to give feedback regarding trends and features that may be used to enhance your experience at alaskaair.com.
We are looking for people who are willing to:

* Give us feedback on travel website trends and features
* Give us feedback on enhancements or improvements we can make to alaskaair.com
* Be part of a dynamic group guiding the future of alaskaair.com

Please choose the questionnaire below which best identifies how you would prefer to participate.

If you have any questions, please email Alaska Airlines Customer Research.

And it just gets better:

Let Us Interview You In Person or Over the Phone

If your location and schedule allow, we would love to have you meet with us in person at our offices near Sea-Tac airport to test new and enhanced features for alaskaair.com. In addition, we are also looking for people who are interested in being interviewed over the phone.

Best of all, those who participate in our in person or phone interviews will earn a $100 discount for a future Alaska Airlines or Horizon Air flight or 4,000 Mileage Plan Bonus Miles.

If you are interested, please fill out our interview enrollment questionnaire* before 11:59 p.m. (PT) on November 9, 2009.
Take Short Online Surveys

If your location and schedule don't permit you to meet with us in person, you can still have an opportunity to voice your opinion. There is no monetary compensation for taking part in the online surveys. We appreciate your time and will take your suggestions whole-heartedly.

If you are interested in participating in our short online surveys (up to 4 surveys per year), please fill out our survey enrollment questionnaire* before 11:59 p.m. (PT) on November 9, 2009.

*Although we value everyone's input, not all volunteers will be interviewed or asked to take our online surveys.

I'm signed up... are you? :p

For bex's gf? I hope she's not going to be an AS FA. That wouldn't help.

I signed up. Somewhat suprised that they didn't ask if you were on FlyerTalk as part of the survey, but they did ask if you used itasoftware.com...does anybody use that site who's not on FlyerTalk?

Sorry, missy, I can't cast stones on this one. I signed up for the program.

At least I heard about it, though, via the über-groovy modern twenty-something social network known as Twitter... :p

Saw that...

I wrote in flyertalk as a social network... :o

But I'm sure some travel agents are familiar with ita software... (probably the angle they were looking at I guess...)

A real flyertalker would take the $100 instead of the 4000 RDMs....

I hope they call on me...I mean when I filled in the "Under 18" tab I was like alright be prepared to get denied but I guess not. Maybe the combo of being tech savvy and MVPG and CO Gold will get someone to call me. I could use a $100 off cert or even better use the in person interview as an excuse to go somewhere :p
