We're booked for flight 1183 SYD to AKL thru Zuji.
However, here in the US the airline cannot locate my PNR and all I have is a booking # which doesn't work with CheckMyTrip.
Zuji.au doesn't answer my emails.
Will we be able to receive a BP with just a booking # and if not, what to do ?
AR is not the greatest airline with regard changes, problems and delays, I assume you cant change airlines by any chance, best of luck. I also imagine Zuji are not helping you out much.

As long as you have a ticket number you should be okay. This is a long series of numbers (rather than the PNR which is 6 letters/numbers).

That's the problem ... I don't have the ticket number - requested it from Zuji.au to no avail !

1. I believe Zuji uses Abacus and AR uses SABRE, make sure you quote AR a SABRE Record Locator (look for something like Airline Confirmation, Airline Reservation Number on Zuji confirmation),
2. If not - give AR you flight number, date, last name - they will be able to retrieve PNR - even if it has been cancelled (for whatever reason),
3. If not, ask AR to search the Passenger Name List (I think the entry is LDX/DDMMMYYY = X is a flight number, YYY is a boarding airport code) - possibly the have mismatched your First name with the Last name etc.,
4. Obtain your e-ticket number = if you have one, AR will be able to retrieve it using VCR*XXXXXXXXXXXXX entry (X =ticket number - 13 digits)
5. A warning - AR is NOT a punctual airline, loooong delays are normal. Don't schedule anything (including connecting flights) within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival time. I am not saying they are always late, but if they are late, they are very late.
PS. I never flew with them, but saw lots of delayed flights at MAD, SYD, EZE, FCO.
One more thing - SABRE uses www.virtuallythere.com and not www.checkmytrip.com (which is an Amadeus site). My Corpo Travel Agency uses SABRE, so I am sure about it.

This is very true, the exception is that the AKL-SYD-EZE flight is the only route they seem to care about so it has the least of the delays.

Yay ! .... Problems solved all at the same time.
Thanks so much folks for all your help - it's well appreciated ! ^
Virtuallythere.com worked like a dream and Zuji.au finally responded to my desperate emails and came thru with the ticket numbers.
All set to go - hopefully without major hiccups !
