I switched to crediting miles to US Airways for their Grand Slam promotion. I had two rentals post miles (both within 8 days), but my two most recent ones (20 and 13 days ago) haven't posted.
I just placed two very frustrating calls to the Emerald Club where they told me that it could take up to 12 weeks.
Does anyone know how often they post miles and how long it should take?
From another thread and the two of mine that did post, here are some postings times:
Rental ending 9/14 posted on 9/22 (mine)
Rental ending 9/24 posted on 9/29 (mine)
Rental ending 10/4 posted on 10/13 (Windjammer)
(It looks like they post every Tuesday.)
Assuming these two rentals are a problem, who do I contact? I'm beating my head against the wall contacting the Emerald Club line.
