Tonight I am trying to access my FB account on the AF site and it says : "Your account is locked for 30 minutes."
Then I go to KLM and it provides a more self explanotory message : "You typed 3 wrong PIN [which I am sure I did not]. Your account is locked for 30 minutes. You will then be able to ask Customer Service to provide a new PIN".
30 minutes later here I am : I can connect with the old PIN without asking anything to FB.
Anyone already experienced that? Probably another bug but shall I change my PIN?
NB : messages were in French. I provided a basic translation.
