Tonight I am trying to access my FB account on the AF site and it says : "Your account is locked for 30 minutes."

Then I go to KLM and it provides a more self explanotory message : "You typed 3 wrong PIN [which I am sure I did not]. Your account is locked for 30 minutes. You will then be able to ask Customer Service to provide a new PIN".

30 minutes later here I am : I can connect with the old PIN without asking anything to FB.


Anyone already experienced that? Probably another bug but shall I change my PIN?


NB : messages were in French. I provided a basic translation.

Yes, this happens to me from time to time. I think I have typed the pin correctly, but ...

In my case I suspect that it is operator error, and really not a bug. I have never had to ring to get access restored. Just waited the thirty minutes.

In this case, the only reason to change your pin would be for your own security needs.

You may not, but somebody may have entered your FB number because he made a typo in his number, then entered his code 3 times (not thinking to check the account number) and then it is your account which is blocked !
