From same-day as point purchase up to four days after purchase date is what I've seen it take this year.
A straight purchase of Priority Club points actually has taken as long or more time to get the points to show up in the account than it has taken to get the points back and then some from cancellation of a cash+points booking.

Overnight IIRC a while back when I bought some to immediately spend on Pointsaver nights at the IC Bucarest.
