Anyone know if is possible to cancel a booking award promo ticket with KLM ?

or I will lose miles and airport taxes ?

You will lose your miles but they will pay back the taxes, may be they will also add some handling fees.

Well, I just did, I called FB and I cancelled my promo-award ticket that I paid 25000 miles for a WBC and the lady at the phone was so nice with me and say that:

Taxes will be refund in my credit card , miles also ( I got in two day and now are in my FB acount ) and I just have to paid 45Euros for the fee. !!!! But we never talk above if was promo award or classic award....!!! I knew that but I think that she can see in the sistem all the rules but and end...I got my miles back and taxes also....!!!!

So, Wha do you think ? Some times FB rules are so wire...!!!! But I dont know why she did not see that my ticket was promo-award that is not possible to get back the miles...!!!!:D

I will check but I dont think so these will be hapenning ...!!!! is not my mistake in that case. I am not working back office with FB, I am traveller and any time if I want to change any ticket paid , all the time they check before the rules and they say all the time if is possible to cancel or change or not.

In that case is a mistake from FB not from me becuse I can say that some times I got a terrorific service in WBC with a paid ticket or miles and I dont say anything...!!!! But anyway.... I will see but from now is working.
