I need help with checking my current booking with AZ on AlItalia website.

I still found no way to see my reservation.

did you try entering your MM number and then clicking on "my reservations"?

sometimes it doesn't work using the "check my reveservation" button from the homepage:rolleyes:

I don't have MM number, I am FB Elite + member.

I don't have any button on main page or any other pages on Alitalia.com for 'Check my reservation"...
Nothing....

Unfortunately it does NOT exist in english version. Italian version gives me some error when checking.

The retrival of your reservation is one of the worst functions in the AZ website.
In fact it works in few cases and especially if:
you buy your ticket in the AZ website
AND
it is a AZ-operated flight
AND
through your profile Millemiglia.

If it is a ticket operated by somebody else (or even AP) or bought in AF-KL website or you do not have your profile it is really hard to find it: you have to call.
I do not understand why they take so long into fixing this problem which is not new because we discussed that since last December 2008 in FT Forums.

I haven't experienced the same problem. I have two AZ tickets for coming flights bought in the AZ website but fully operated by AF (both FLR-CDG-LIS) and the website shows all the reservation details. Additionally, I don't have a Millemiglia card, but a FB one.

I did call Alitalia earlier today. They have my reservation, no problem. The reservation has been made via Expedia.com. The given PNR is in Sabre system and not in Amadeus. This is why I cannot see it in checkmytrip.com. Problem is that, I cannot see this reservation even in Sabre website. It gives me an answer of wrong PNR...
