I think I have this right. I can go say HKG-TLV and say TLV-LHR in F and the points and SC's credit to QF?

Just make sure your Qantas Frequent Flyer number is on the booking and all should be well. thadocta Oct 17, 09, 1:06 am I think I have this right. I can go say HKG-TLV and say TLV-LHR in F and the points and SC's credit to QF? You will get points, but you won't get SC's - you only get SC's on OW carriers (with one or two minor exceptions, LY isn't one of them). Dave serfty Oct 17, 09, 2:20 am If the Airline Earning table does not mention SC's for a particular Airline then you won't be eligible. You need something like "Status Credits are earned on all eligible booking classes." Bukhara Oct 17, 09, 3:20 am El Al isn't a valid carrier on xGLOBx fares. thadocta Oct 17, 09, 4:40 am El Al isn't a valid carrier on xGLOBx fares. Oops - I missed that part. Dave moa999 Oct 17, 09, 5:40 am For the xGLOBx fares Participating airlines in addition to all oneworld members are: Aer Lingus, Air Pacific, Alaska Airlines and its affiliate Horizon Air, Gulf Air, Mexicana and its affiliates MexicanaClick and MexicanaLink, S7 Airlines and Kingfisher and affiliate Kingfisher Red (for its domestic Indian flights only). Qantas code share flights operated by Air Tahiti Nui, Jetstar, South African Airways and Vietnam Airlines can also be used. (Note Mexicana and S7 are future oneworld members) For Qantas SCs Exceptions to the oneworld only SC rule are: Air Pacific (FJ), Jetstar (JQ,3K,VF) dragonman Oct 17, 09, 6:23 am For the xGLOBx fares (Note Mexicana and S7 are future oneworld members) For Qantas SCs Exceptions to the oneworld only SC rule are: Air Pacific (FJ), Jetstar (JQ,3K,VF) Well its back to the drawing board - prob a DONE4 with LHR-TLV on BA. I do like the idea of an AONE4 out of NAN though . That's what was attractive about LY - they are one of the few with an F left. But no SC's ends the idea completely. Thanks to those who took the time to set me straight. |
