Anyone know what's the most economical way to get to Tegel Airport from the Bus Terminal at Funkturm ?

From the map I discovered it's only approx. 6.5 km distance and I hope there's a bus service.

The most economical way to get to Tegel will of course be by public transportation. In this case you will need a zone A-B ticket for 2,10€ . The price is the same whether you go by bus, S-bahn or U-bahn or a combo of these.
I guess the easiest for you , would be to ride the U-bahn from Kaiserdam to Bahnhof Zoo and change there to either bus X9 or 109 to Tegel.

Hi,
the advice of cph_flyer is correct and probably the fastest. If you have some time to spend you can also easily add some sights in the west of Berlin, like the Gedächtniskirche or the KaDeWe (one of Europes biggest shopping centers).
