So I bought two tickets on southwest sunday and had my confirmation emailed to me. Today i happened to look in my account and saw they had only charged me for one flight. I went back to the website and saw that there were two names on the reservation. I called southwest to confirm that there were two people on the reservation and they confirmed. I looked at the reservation again and noticed a account number next to one of the names and figured that must be a rapid rewards number, the problem is that I don't have a rapid rewards number. I don't know what to do

By any chance is the "other" person a Companion Pass holder and are you his/her companion?

I would be happy to investigate and ensure that you are going to have an issue at travel time if you'd like. Just send me a PM with the confirmation number. I will let you know that on a multiple passenger reservation, each ticket comes through as a seperate charge on your credit card (rather than one charge for the whole reservation) - perhaps the charge for the second ticket is just lagging for some reason.
As for the account number - when you are booking - if the passenger name and purchaser name are the same we attempt an account lookup, if there is a matching Rapid Reward Account we will insert it into the reservation. If there is not, we create a non-credit earning Customer account.
This account can be used as a MySouthwest account with all of the functionality that comes with it - but you will not be earning credits for your travel. However, these accounts can be easily converted to Member accounts that will earn credits.
I suspect this is what happened when you booked.
