Hello all, I am arriving into LHR's T3 on TK F class and would like to know if I would get access to any lounge on arrival and whether I could take a guest with me.

Sorry, but you will not have access to any lounge upon ARRIVAL at Heathrow's Terminal 3 (or, indeed any of LHR's terminals) as a consequence of either holding a Turkish Airline's First Class ticket or membership in any Star Alliance frequent flyer programme.
