I am looking to book a specific flight and even though the GDSs show availability, I cannot seem to book it on the major travel sites (orbitz, travelocity, expedia, cheaptickets...). Does someone have any info about consolidators for OZ who can speak English and take international credit cards.

telling us where from and to might help a bit more.
In UK we have Trailfinders who do the necessary.
Can you access kayak? (www.kayak.co.uk or .com)

I am trying to book a flight from Korea to Japan (ICN-HND) and I am located in Canada :)
I've never heard of any consolidators per se in Korea. I have seen cheap group tickets at times that some travel agents buy a block of and sell individually, but they're really hit-and-miss and usually require the purchaser to speak Korean to deal with them. I'd personally recommend Top Travel:
http://www.toptravel.co.kr/eng/
They have some staff that speak passable English and they are a discount travel agency, giving normally about a 7% discount off the posted fare, plus have been able to sell me tickets in booking classes that the standard travel agents don't. I'm not sure if they can accept international credit cards or not, but they have an office at ICN which is open even on weekends. If there's a problem with accepting an international credit card they might allow you to pick up the ticket at that office and show your credit card at that time.

ICN/HND is regular charter flights which means not avail for individual purchase. A limited number of seats are avail through travel agents and no flexibility in dates - usually leaves on Saturday at 1 AM and returns on Monday at 7 AM. As an alternative, there are 8 flights a day from Gimpo GMP (30 mins from ICN) to HND and you may book through the airline's website. Both Gimpo and Haneda are preferred airports by many due to its proximity to the centre of Seoul and Tokyo.
