Other Middle East and Africa Frequent Flyer Programs - Why no major Gulf carrier goes to AMS?

Considering everyone's expanding in europe... its funny to find that none of the biggies, ie QR, EK, GF, EY or even KU fly to AMS.

Surely it can be just KLM flights... although on many of their flights they are chockablock full to everywhere...

There aren't many options to/from AMS although some have fares eg QR from AMS routed through any of their gateways in Europe

KU used to fly KWI-AMS-CHI couple of years back. Not any longer...
