I have just read on airliners.net that LY009/010 will be upgraded to 744.
I am a bit surprised!

I can't find it on Airlinersnet, can we please have a link?

On Elal's online schedule, it seems to show only B777, I wonder on which route they will cut the 744 LON or JFK?

"upgrade" as the 744 is bigger than the 772 ;)

Upgrade is about getting better, not bigger.

It says that it only for December.
(although on ELAL's online schedule, it's still the B777, and the only scource for this is a brazilian website, I wonder how reliable it is?)

The source is El Al's VP, David Maimon, who announced the upgrade in Sao Paulo this week.
