El Al Matmid - Last minute upgrade from Z?

Hi All,
Was just wondering - Did any of you ever receive a last minute upgrade to first from a Z class ticket? only in over booking case?
(BTW flew recently LY BKK->TLV and I was surprised that I was 8th on the upgrade list with PL and S ticket and the business was full on a 744 - I guess LY is not doing so bad after all :-))

Upgrading from Z to First will be normally due to over booking,
But there are some rare times i was upgraded without over booking (as business was not full when i did my regular plane walk).
The only thing i noticed is that the non over booking upgrades were considered
as On-Board Upgrade although i got the upgrade in the lounge.

Being no. 8 in the upgrade list means you are not flying as much as the others... (and BKK -> TLV is normally overloaded one, Like the Moscow
one).
