Air france is lauching a visa card for french market.
No big use, no miles...

20 € subscription fees, max discount for the 10% launch offer of 100€ : there may be a 80 € off discount if you subscribe just for that, and there is no minimum subscription. If someone is still buying AF tickets, I'd suggest they read the T&C carefully to check if it's possible. Beyond that, I cannot see the point of this offer.
