SAS EuroBonus - SAS Online Ticket - Change Request

Hello, I am a little bit stressed about the ticket i bought online from SAS. For the first time I made a wrong booking and purchased the ticket online directly from the SAS website with my credit card. I am sorry if this is not the correct place to ask for guidance.
The story is I bought a ECONOMY ticket from the SAS website and i want to take the next flight same day. There is a contact information on the SAS website for Turkey and I was not able to get valuable information from the GUY that i spoke.He was talking as if he can not do anything since I didn't buy the ticket through them. I will call them again in the afternoon but in the mean time do you have any suggestions. For instance, is there something that i can do myself online?

You should be able to cancel all SAS bookings online within 24h of booking. Just use the ref.nr. and look up your booking in the SAS system:

http://www.flysas.com/en/Generic/Services/Find-booking/

Once there, you should have the possibility to cancel the reservation, but only within 24h. Good luck!

Well it's been more than 24h. When i go to my booking, it gives me no other option other then printing. In fact, i don't want any refunds, i just want to change my flight. I still can't believe how i made that mistake and didn't realize since now.

I could talk to someone from the local office and now she says i have to pay 55 euros penalty to change my ticket. The tickets original price is 90 euros which is the same price i paid for my current ticket. :td:
