I don't think there is. Corvettes are watched very closely and the restrictions placed on them are supposed to be enforced. The ways for someone at Hertz to get around the restrictions would be grounds for termination.

If you reserve a different car and then upgrade at the counter, the allowed mileage will not change. If it was unlimited before, it will still be unlimited....
