Just wondering if anyone knows how to get access to IT seatmaps, save buying a full-fare ticket or a ticket online??

It use SABRE as their reservation system if thats any help. I can not think of any website that is a manifestation of SABRE.

what about expedia, if you make dummy bookings to find out which seats are available?

FYI, your EF website claims to show IT award availability in economy R class. It didn't, at least not accurately as of a couple of weeks when I still had a valid subscription. I've compared against nwa.com.

unfortunately most booking sites show just a blank plane with no seat info for KF.

weird that even KF website wont allow us to pick seats.

Great job guys - tested an intercontinental - will update post with any domestic sector.

Edited to Add 2: Works *nicely* for domestic as well! ^ ^

I would call them, see if they can help you, or tell you why you can't - then post their response as well, for the benefit of all.

The only thing it should be compared to is the airline itself, not partner availability (NW). Airlines routinely show different award inventory to partners then for flyers of their own frequent flyer program.

If you think you've identified a specific problem, email us at customercare@expertflyer.com so we can investigate.
