Hi,

I'm trying to reserve this car in Zurich for December and getting a lot of conflicting information from Hertz and American Express. Based on the way the car is titled "GPS" one would assume that it is included in the car as a built in unit.

The car lists on the website as "Mercedes B170 1.7 - GPS"

Does anyone have experience renting this car to confirm?

Thanks.

Troy

I'm curious what role AmEx plays in this?
I have one of these rented next month in GVA, though I don't expect to get one ;).
The Platinum desk told me the vehicle does have satnav (GPS).
If no one else has any experience prior to then, I will happily check in person for you, as I'll also be returning the car to ZRH.

Sat Nav is not standard on the B-Class in the UK. I've been given these a few times and they've never had sat nav.
However, spec varies by market so it might indeed be a standard fit on Swiss specification.

Reservation was originally made through AMEX Business Centurion.

I appreciate you offering to check and hope to hear your comments on the car if you do end up in one. We're going to have some ski equipment - requested a rack but was hoping the squeeze it in with a seat folded down in the back. Not sure if that will even be possible.
