Finnair Plus - Does AY absorb the increased UK APD when upgrading?

Just upgraded an upcoming oneway flight UK-Finland with points. At no point during the process (requested upgrade using the web form, got an email confirmation back in less than an hour) was there any mention about the increase in the UK APD - which should double for a premium class.

My updated e-ticket fare breakdown still shows the APD as 11 GBP, which is the economy one.

So my question is: will AY absorb the additional 11 GBP it will be charged (but probably a long time after I've flown my flight) or is there a possibility that I will be required to fork it out at some point?

Thanks, I assumed this would indeed be the case. There are some FFPs (AAdvantage springs to mind) that do charge the APD difference when upgrading ex-UK flights.

Maybe AY isn't very good when reconciling charged fees.
