Asia - Duty free in SIN & HKG

I am traveling to SIN and HKG in the next month and was asked to make a visit in one of the duty free shops. Since it is not the usual stuff (cigarettes) this time, I thought about aksing for the best place to buy and maybe for the price of the following item:


L'eau per kenzo (eau de toilette pour femme)


Since I am in both places for a couple of days, a buy at the airport is not a "must". I did some research, but could not answer the question from the result I found browing the web (maybe it is not available at all).

Yes, but that does not necessarily mean, that HKG is the cheapest place …

Indeed - the duty free at HKG is, in my experience, never cheaper than the same item downtown, and in many cases substantially more expensive.
