I've just booked a trip to HKG in First and I was trying to organise the car service but I can't find a tab for it anywhere in Manage My Booking. Has the website been updated/enhanced?
There are two tabs each offering me a chance to upgrade using miles - being in First, not sure where they want me to upgrade to.......
Cheers,
B:confused:

Check that you have ticket issued (view/print ticket tab)
The Chaufeur drive option will not show up without ticket being issued -so if just holding with a PNR it wont be there yet.
The upgrade otion is always there even when you cant use it-
OR-- you booked BKK-HKG where the Chaufeur drive is not applicable

I've been ticketed - I booked LGW - DXB - BKK - HKG return
I have a stopover in DXB. I know BKK isn't valid from my trip there last month. But does that mean HKG isn't valid even though my trip starts in LON? Not that I'm that fussed as I usually take the train into HKG anyways.
Cheers,

Good point that the trip starts in LON -- and I am sure riule is to not give it on the cheaper BKK-HKG-BKK runs.
Worth the call to EK-- skywards wont be able to help

If you are coming from DXB with a stop in BKK you can avail of the limo service to and from HKG. I have done it plenty of times. My advice though is take the train FROM the airport if you are close to a station, as its a lot of messing about when you land, and waiting for them to bring the car round.. You can wait between 10 and 15 mins for the pick up. I take the train now, however, I always go back to the airport with the limo service... It's entirely up to you!
