Swiss International Airlines - E-mail to Miles and More - bad customer service

I wanted to contact the Miles & More Service team via E-Mail because the miles for my segments of the "Flugzug" between Basel and Zurich are never credited automatically. I used the contact form on the Miles & More Homepage. This was the answer:

The link directs me to the same contact form I already used. And: No, I could not find an answer to my question in the FAQ Zone. If somebody has a direct e-mail adress to contact Senator Miles&More service I would appreciate it very much.

E-mails in Englisch must get answered somewhere in Inidia or South Africa were clueless people assemble pieces of premade sentences. If it is by e-mail you have in addition some chances that the answer is pre-made by some automated programm. That's what you get...

If you want a decent answer try to avoid Englisch - you have better chances to be served if you write in a language like Swiss German - best hand written.
They have no chances to treat this abroad. And they will get annoyed becasue "handwritten" costs them a lot of money... no automated treating possible....
