Other North & South America Frequent Flyer Programs - LAN Contact info

The changes to LANPass are outrageous I could understand charging with the new system based on each way of the trip as opposed to roundtrip but, charging per segment is not done by any Flyer Program and makes even the shortest trips impossible with the current hub and spoke system used by the legacy airlines. Does anyone have a number, email or address for the head of Lan Pass or the CEO/President of LAN??

ORD-LHR-TLV in F went from 190,000 KM to 384,000 KM. This is not just bad but insane. It seems you really get hurt if you fly any long haul with a stop. On the other hand most direct flights work better. The problem is that most routes require a stop.

Agreed; Despite all their marketing the new scheme produce an extensive devaluation on LAN miles.

To add insult to a severe injury it was all done overnight, no chance to redeem at previous levels; Awful LAN customer service !

On e-mail addresses for top executives those were informed on the thread discussing this heavy devaluation.
