My KF miles are due to expire, but on the trip which gave me the miles, I travelled with two family members. I've chased up and extended FM1 membership no and miles, but as for FM2, the number/security code leads me to a dead end.
FM2 could not care less about KF miles, but I would really not want these to be wasted.
The problem *could* be that even though he was enrolled in KF, these were not credited, I doubt this though (if this is the case I assume they're long lost).
Any tips for chasing up FM2s KF membership / mileage status?
Its more of a problem as I will be doing it, I can answer questions over the phone, but as I've said FM2 won't actually do this himself.
Any help/tips appreciated. :confused:
