I'm on target to be making 1P status on UA by year end which gives me *A gold, and I have some international travel plans for next year. I've read through several threads regarding access to RCC and *G lounges for UA *G members on international itineraries. What I'm still unclear about are two situations:

1. Whether if traveling domestically in a foreign country on a *A carrier nets me free access to *A lounge?

2. If I get lounge access when traveling internationally in between countries besides the U.S.A. on *A carrier?

The domestic restriction only applies to UA and US members when the itinerary is solely within the US. So if you travel domestically in another country you get access and you also get access when traveling internationally from the US even if you have a connecting domestic flight before your international flight.

Any time you are out of the US, or on an itin that takes you out of the US you get lounge access
