Lots in the UK, presumably why they are still not issuing/upgrading anyone to Centurion

...
Since the main cardholder and the Centurion supplementary cardholder get one copy, I assume that the number of accounts is half the number of delivered magazines.
...
In Germany I only get one copy of the magazine. My supplementary cardholder does not get one?

:) On the contrary- convert the numbers to a percentage of world population and I think these numbers underline a certain exclusivity.

I'd take the numbers with a grain of salt.
As with any magazine, quite some copies go out to (potential) advertising clients/agencys/business partners, press, staff/writers, Amex etc. And higher circulation numbers = better ad rate. Publishing houses love to print a lot more than they actually need to.
I'd guess that 70% might reach the card holders.
