When arriving in BKK from a SWISS flight in C and connecting to a domestic flight with TG in Economy Class are you entitled to use the TG Business Class lounge when presenting the ZRH-BKK boarding pass?

No, not unless you are *G. *A lounges are not designated arrivals lounges, and it is enforced in BKK

Alternatively, you can pay to upgrade your domestic segment, and that will give you lounge access (search Thai forum for Standby Upgrade)

in that case you are only entitled to use the F lounge for instance if you are connecting from F to C class as no F is available as this is how it works with SWISS. But I guess as I am connecting in C onto Y from SWISS to TG and not from TG to TG it doesn't work. Would it work though if I would connect from C to Y on the same airline?

No. You could be connecting from F to Y and get no lounge (unless you have status). There are no arrivals lounges at BKK

F to C gets C lounge access on Asian airlines
